Location Data: We collect precise or approximate location data from your device to provide ride services, match riders with drivers, calculate fares, and track trips for safety.
Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our services, including hardware models, operating systems, and unique device identifiers.

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve our ride-hailing services for both riders and drivers.
Verify driver identities and ensure the safety of the platform.
Process payments, manage driver earnings (wallet balances), and send related information, including receipts and invoices.
Communicate with you regarding your trips, promotions, account status, and updates.

We may share the information we collect in the following circumstances:

Between Riders and Drivers: To facilitate a ride, we share the rider's pickup/drop-off locations and name with the assigned driver. We also share the driver's name, vehicle details, current location, and rating with the rider.
For Legal Reasons: We may share your information if we believe it is required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

You have control over the data you share with us. Through the TokTok app settings, you can:

Update or delete your account information directly from the app.
Manage location tracking permissions through your device settings (note that location access is required for core ride functionalities).
