How to Delete Your Account
You can easily delete your account directly from within the TokTok app (whether you are a Rider or a Driver) at any time. Follow these steps:
- Open the TokTok Rider or TokTok Driver app on your mobile device.
- Go to the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm that you wish to delete your account when prompted.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Permanent Data Removal: Your account profile, ride history, earnings (for drivers), and saved preferences will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- Irreversible Action: This action cannot be undone. If you wish to use TokTok in the future, you will need to register for a new account.
- Remaining Data: Certain data, such as records of financial transactions and completed rides, may be retained for legal and compliance reasons as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
